Important Event & Admission Policy

The Antojo Industry Trade Expo is an exclusive, trade-only B2B event reserved for qualified food and beverage industry professionals. It is not open to the general public.

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all event policies, rules, and release terms outlined below.

Registration & Badges

• Complimentary Industry Admission: Free for qualified professionals upon approval. Select your business category from the dropdown menu to proceed.
• Non-Exhibiting Suppliers & Vendors: Manufacturers and service providers not exhibiting require prior management approval and a $100 single-day pass fee.
• Badge Policy: Badges are non-refundable, non-transferable revocable licenses and must be worn at all times. Resale or unauthorized transfer voids the badge.

Show Floor Guidelines

• Strict Age Policy: Strictly 18+. No minors, infants, toddlers, or strollers are permitted on the show floor during show days or move-in/move-out.
• Professional Conduct & Dress Code: Business casual attire is recommended (company-branded apparel encouraged). We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive behavior.
• No Suitcasing: Unauthorized product promotion or solicitation by non-exhibiting attendees is strictly prohibited.

Terms, Media & Liability

• Assumption of Risk & Release: Attendees assume all personal and property risks and release Playa Mar Expositions LLC, the venue, and its partners from any liability.
• Media Release: Attendance grants organizers perpetual rights to photograph, film, and use your likeness for event marketing and broadcast purposes.

Attendee Agreement: By completing registration and accepting a badge, you confirm you are 18 or older, agree to all terms above, and consent to these policies governed by California law. Show management reserves the right to deny entry, revoke badges, or remove any individual at its sole discretion.
